After my D1 career, I became a sport & health psychologist and spent years understanding how people perform their best under pressure — and feel fulfilled while doing it.

  • 6:30-7:15 PM Eastern on Google Meet. You will receive the Google Meet link and digital download to the workbook the week before we start.

    Dates: January 26th, February 2nd, 9th, 16th, and 23rd.

  • You can complete the entire bootcamp in less than 5 hours. That’s about the time you probably spend on your phone in a typical day — if you’re like the typical American.
