Meet Dr. Carly
Welcome!
I’m Dr. Carly, a sport and health psychologist, author, advisor, and former D1 golfer (Georgetown ‘09, Maryland ‘10), who has played in USGA and NCAA championships.
Training & Credentials
I have my BA in Psychology (Georgetown), MA in Kinesiology (Maryland), and PhD in Counseling Psychology (Maryland). I completed my clinical internship at the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill, and a 3-year postdoctoral fellowship at the Johns Hopkins School of Medicine. I completed supervised, applied sport psychology training at the United States Naval Academy.

NCAA Division I golfer (2006-2010); 2-time all-BIG EAST team; 2-time National Golf Coaches Association Scholar All-American, 2010 NCAA West Regional participant, USGA Women’s Mid-Amateur participant, 2021, 5-time club champion at Rolling Road Golf Club.
Personal
I’m a mom of three (one is a dog, named Arnie), wife, and mid-amateur player. I’m from Bryn Mawr, PA and live near Baltimore, MD. My favorite course to date is Pacific Dunes at Bandon.
